  • Support hotline for system operators and B-CON product users, around-the-clock (24/7) if desired
  • Maintenance of your systems through regular software releases and updates
  • Functional expansions or adaptations after changes in the building or systems portfolio
  • Remote monitoring of system functionality with escalation planning
  • System maintenance on site

Maximum investment security – B-CON software maintenance and updates

Our B-CON software is continuously being developed and adopted to technological progress and the needs of its users and the market environment. This results in version updates, service releases, and bug fixes. These not only address current IT security requirements and error corrections, but also create new functions for more efficient facility management and even easier integration of technical systems in buildings. By signing a B-CON Software Maintenance and Update Agreement (SMUA), you ensure further development and gain access to the following services at fixed rates agreed in advance.

  • Free provision of software releases and updates
  • Flexible terms depending on your needs (e.g. 3, 5, or 10 years)

The Software Maintenance and Update Agreement can be signed along with the acquisition of a project runtime license. Existing projects can be included to benefit from the services (subject to charges).
